The Shut-Up-and-Give-it-to-Me-Quick Version:
I’m not ashamed to admit that I really like this place. I don’t think it’s good for being food court ramen, I think it’s actually good. I, however, can only vouch for the particular ramen I order. (Locations in both San Francisco and Los Angeles.)
The I-Like-to-be-Wrapped-Up-in-All-the-Details Version:
I should preface this by saying Century City’s food court isn’t just any mall food court. Sure they have the regular fast food places, but they also have cute cafes, sushi and healthy options. This is, after all, a mall in Beverly Hills with high-end stores. The convenience of Ajisen Ramen is great and I love that I have options besides burgers and burritos.

What I ate:
- Seaweed salad
- Beef Curry Ramen
I really like this ramen because it’s super flavorful. I will say, I don’t think it’s super authentic. The noodles are more pasta noodles than ramen noodles, but everything together is very tasty. It’s just a good bowl of soup. It’s filling, it’s hearty, it’s quick and it’s cheap. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stop there if I wasn’t at the mall, but, if I am, it’s definitely my go-to.
